ANO "Monchegorsk Development Agency" is a single center for the development of the territory, the founder of which is PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel and the administration of the city of Monchegorsk.

Monchegorsk today is one of the important centers of the Murmansk region, where business, urban environment, culture and, of course, tourism are actively developing.

ARM's mission is to create conditions for the growth of the Monchegorsk economy in order to reduce its dependence on the city–forming enterprise, improve the quality of life of people and create a comfortable urban environment.
