Tourism Development Center of the Udmurt Republic is an autonomous non—profit organization created to promote the Udmurt Republic as a tourist destination.

The main goal is to increase the tourist flow to the region from other regions of Russia and foreign countries, as well as the development of tourism infrastructure and business.

Areas of activity:
- Marketing and promotion: conducting advertising campaigns aimed at increasing the awareness of Udmurtia and its tourist offers.

- Creation of unique travel products: development and implementation of author's projects, such as:
The Tchaikovsky Express Retro Train,
the Weekend in the 19th Century in the Homeland of P.I. Tchaikovsky,
car rally Izhevsk–Votkinsk,
car rally, the Travel to Udmurtia campaign.
- Organization of event tourism: holding major events (for example, the World Dumpling Day ethnogastrofestival, which brought together 53,000 guests) and business initiatives (info tours, exhibitions, business missions).
- Development of digital resources: support for the travel portal visitudmurtia.org .

The company operates with the support of the Ministry of Tourism of the Udmurt Republic, acting as the operator of key projects to enhance the attractiveness of the region.
